New Clients
AnRus Veterinary Clinic, Inc. welcomes new clients to our veterinary practice. You know
your pet best, and we look forward to partnering with you to keep your pet healthy and to
solve any health issues by providing the best care available.
Please call (618) 539-3444 to make an appointment. We know that your time is valuable, no
one likes long waits at the doctor, and that bringing a pet to the vet can be challenging, so
we do our very best to keep to the scheduled times. We strive to give each patient our
undivided attention during the appointment. We do see emergencies, so occasionally an
emergency comes through the door, or a critical patient requires additional time, which can
put us behind schedule. We will make every effort to notify you in advance of such delays
so that you can plan accordingly or even reschedule if more convenient, though there are
occasions when that is just not possible. We thank you in advance for your patience and
understanding if your pet's appointment is delayed due to an emergency. Please
understand that we do make a sincere attempt to see each patient on time.

What to Expect
For your first visit, please either bring your completed New Client Registration Form or you
may complete it at the clinic prior to your appointment. When you arrive at the clinic,
please call us at (618)539-3444 to check in. As our waiting room is small, we ask that you
please wait in your vehicle until we have an open exam room to help keep the stress of our
patients to a minimum.
If you have any records from a previous veterinarian, or from the shelter or breeder you
adopted your pet from, please bring them with you or have them emailed to us
at anrusvet@gmail.com.
